Optional AI upgrade for Motor Director™ systems. Not available as a standalone product. Enhance Motor Director™ with AI-powered motor health analysis, condition forecasting, and automated operating insights. The Motor Director™ AI Upgrade analyzes electrical and vibration data already collected by the Motor Director system and turns it into clearer, forward-looking motor health information. Using up to two months of historical data, the upgrade generates separate 0–100 electrical and vibration health scores and forecasts expected operating behavior for the next 14 days. AI-generated summaries provide additional context around overall motor condition, identify the electrical measurement or vibration location creating the greatest concern, and explain changes within individual parameter views. Forecast backtesting also compares previous projections against subsequent actual measurements to provide context for interpreting future trends. AI processing operates locally without requiring an internet connection or external AI service.
